Why we started
Too many machines sit empty, broken, or full of things nobody buys.
TopVend Snacks started with a simple idea: businesses in the Lower Mainland deserve a vending machine that works. Most of the complaints we hear are the same. The coil has been jammed for a month, the card reader is dead, and the only thing left is a bag of pretzels from last spring.
So we run it differently. We don't push one kind of machine. A busy warehouse might get a Crane snack machine and a Royal drink machine side by side. An apartment lobby might be better served by a Qingo AI cooler or a Go Nourished touchscreen. We stock what sells at each location and do every service visit ourselves, so hosts don't have to think about the machine at all.

Machines we place
These are the ones we place most. We source other makes and models when a location calls for it.
- QingoAI smart cooler
- Tap a card or phone, open the door and take what you want. Cameras inside see what was taken and charge for it, so there are no coils to jam.
- Go NourishedTouchscreen combo
- Fully refrigerated snacks and drinks behind a 27-inch touchscreen. Looks good in a lobby or front-of-house space.
- Crane NationalSnack machine
- Glass-front spiral machines for chips, bars, candy and pastries. Sizes range from a few dozen selections to full-size.
- Crane & Dixie-NarcoDrink machine
- BevMax glass-front coolers hold cans, bottles and energy drinks at fridge temperature, and a lift lowers each drink into the bin.
- Royal VendorsDrink machine
- Glass-front cold drink machines with an elevator delivery, so nothing gets dropped or shaken. Takes 250 ml cans up to 20 oz bottles.
- Crane comboSnack & drink combo
- Snacks on top and cold drinks below in one cabinet about three feet wide. Good when there's room for only one machine.

We're local
We live and work in the Lower Mainland. When a machine needs attention, the person who comes out is part of our team, not a subcontractor two cities away.
Hosts and customers both matter
The business hosting the machine and the person buying a drink at 3 p.m. should both have a good experience. We plan the stock and the service schedule around both.
A broken machine is worse than no machine
We aim for 98% uptime and respond quickly when something jams or a reader goes offline.
Clean glass, fresh stock
We stock brands people recognise, rotate out anything near its date, and keep the machine clean inside and out.
