It depends on the machine and the location. We place AI smart coolers, snack machines, drink machines and snack-and-drink combos. Typical selections include chips, chocolate bars, granola bars, cookies, crackers, water, juice, pop, and energy drinks. We can adjust the product mix based on your preferences and what sells best at your location.

We monitor inventory levels and restock based on usage. Most locations are visited weekly or bi-weekly. High-traffic locations may be visited more frequently. We'll never let the machine sit empty.

We handle all repairs at no cost to you. Just give us a call or send us an email and we'll get a technician out as quickly as possible. Emergency service is available for urgent issues.

Every machine accepts debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Most also take bills and coins; AI smart coolers are card and tap only.

We currently serve the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, Langley, Abbotsford, Delta, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and surrounding areas.

Most of our machines need roughly 3 to 4 feet of width and 3 feet of depth, plus clearance for the door to open. We'll confirm exact requirements when we assess your location.

We generally look for locations with at least 50 people per day to ensure the machine gets enough use. However, we evaluate each location individually — reach out and we'll let you know if it's a good fit.
